Alastaro (Finnish pronunciation: [ˈɑlɑstɑro]) is a former municipality of Finland. It was incorporated to town of Loimaa on 1 January 2009.
It is located in the province of Southern Finland and is part of the Finland Proper region. The municipality had a population of 3,024 (2004-12-31) and covered an area of 259.94 km² of which 0.98 km² is water. The population density was 11.68 inhabitants per km².
The municipality was unilingually Finnish.
