The Kelham Island Brewery is an independent brewery based in Sheffield, England. The brewery currently owns two public houses in Sheffield, the Fat Cat and the Devonshire Cat. Also, there is an American-styled sports bar in Sheffield named Champs, and a British-styled pub in Rochester, New York (USA), named the Old Toad, all owned by the same proprietor, Dave Wickett.

The brewery was opened in 1990 on purpose-built premises on Alma Street in Sheffield by the owner of the Fat Cat public house, and has acquired a reputation for producing fine cask ales such as Kelham Gold and Pale Rider.

Pale Rider won the "Championship Beer of Britain" award at the 2004 Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) organised Great British Beer Festival. It is also being brewed at a different brewery affiliated with the Kelham Island Brewery to cope with the heavy demand for this beer after winning the title.

The brewery is situated next to the Kelham Island Industrial Museum.
