This is a Chinese name; the family name is Lin.

Lin Hwai-min (traditional Chinese: 林懷民; simplified Chinese: 林怀民; pinyin: Lín Huáimín, born February 19, 1947) is a Taiwanese dancer, writer, choreographer, and founder of Cloud Gate Dance Theatre.
