Marian Petre Miluţ (born 29 December 1955, Craiova, Dolj County, Romania) is a Romanian politician, engineer and businessman. He made himself known through his activity as a leader of the Romanian SME and the relations he built with the European Popular Party. His intense activity of promoting and modernising Romanian small and medium enterprises has been remarked. At present, he occupies the presidential chairs of the Christian-Democratic National Peasants' Party and of the Romanian SME Union.

His connections and the fact that he is well-regarded outside Romania led him to organise a series of debates on the modernising of Romanian infrastructure.
