Phan Văn Khải
pronunciation (help·info) (born December 25, 1933) is a former prime minister of Vietnam. He was elected to the position on September 24, 1997, and was re-elected in August 2002. On June 24, 2006, he announced his resignation (along with President Trần Đức Lương).
