I just did an upgrade to Template:Cite/doc (edit|[[Talk:Template:Cite/doc|talk]]|history|links|watch|logs), but it does not display the most current version as Template:Cite ... I think that it may have to do with the protection, and as the protecting admin, I'm asking you to do a simple edit on the template so that the documentation file will REFRESH and appear correctly ... I really appreciate it. You are probably wondering why I ask. Well, I have spent my weekend on a graph found here: User:Ikip/AfD on average day. I am interested in what type of user gets their page deleted, etc....November 15 is just a day pulled out of a hat by another user.

Hi Grandmasterka. I don't know if you recall User:TipPt, but in November 2007 you blocked him for ranting about "the cabal". He has edited very intermittently since then; usually returning for a couple of days, edit-warring or insisting that his view of the Circumcision article is the only "honest" one. He has recently returned from yet another lengthy break, and is again ranting about "the cabal" on the article Talk: page:

I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you for participating in my "RecFA", which passed with a final tally of 153/39/22. There were issues raised regarding my adminship that I intend to cogitate upon, but I am grateful for the very many supportive comments I received and for the efforts of certain editors (Ceoil, Noroton and Lar especially) in responding to some issues. I wish to note how humbled I was when I read Buster7's support comment, although a fair majority gave me great pleasure. I would also note those whose opposes or neutral were based in process concerns and who otherwise commented kindly in regard to my record.
I recognise that the process itself was unusual, and the format was generally considered questionable - and I accept that I was mistaken in my perception of how it would be received - but I am particularly grateful for those whose opposes and neutrals were based in perceptions of how I was not performing to the standards expected of an administrator.
