Xiaopei

Xiaopei (小沛) is an ancient Chinese town located in the present-day Pei County, Anhui. During the Three Kingdoms period, it was governed by Tao Qian, the Governor of Xuzhou, and when he died, he handed it over to Liu Bei. Liu Bei took refuge here when Lü Bu claimed Xuzhou from him through deceit.
